Belgian Inline Hockey Association Announces the Appointment of Thierry Leenders and Philippe Roncalli as National Program Managers

The Belgian Inline Hockey Association (BIHA) is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Thierry Leenders and Philippe Roncalli as the new National Program Managers for Team Belgium.

This appointment marks an important step in the continued development of the Belgian National Program and reflects BIHA’s commitment to providing a structured, professional, and athlete-focused environment for all national teams.

Together, Thierry Leenders and Philippe Roncalli will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of the National Program. Working closely with the Board, coaching staffs, team managers, and volunteers, they will ensure the smooth organization of national team activities while supporting the long-term sporting ambitions of Belgian inline hockey.

Their responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the National Program across all age categories;
  • Supporting national team coaches and staff;
  • Planning training camps, tournaments, and international competitions;
  • Improving communication with players, parents, clubs, and stakeholders;
  • Contributing to the strategic development of Team Belgium.

Both bring valuable experience, strong organizational skills, and a deep passion for the sport. Their complementary backgrounds will strengthen the National Program and help create the best possible environment for our athletes to perform and represent Belgium with pride on the international stage.
